10 Jan Our Major Accomplishments of 2018!
Is it 2019 already? Yikes! As we enter into our 26th year (damn, I swear I’m not that old) here at Crown Trophy & Royal Jester Apparel, I thought I’d recap and update everyone on some of the cool things we’ve accomplished in the last 12 months. The government may be shut down, but we’re building, expanding and staying ahead of your needs!
- New Website: We released the first version of our new website allowing you to view our many t-shirts, hoodies, polos, jackets, caps, etc. and get general pricing for embroidery, screen printing and digital imprinting. It has a free online graphic designer, with tons of ideas and templates, allowing you to create your perfect shirt or hat design whenever you’re most creative… like at home, on the couch, in your underwear (whatever, it doesn’t matter). It also has a link to our awards site and allows you to search our thousands of awesome promotional items. We have several improvements planned for out site as we move through the new year so keep an eye out.
- Introduced the Jester: … and our new apparel division name, Royal Jester Apparel. We thought this was better fit with our personality and emphasized how custom imprinted shirts and hats help you stand out and make your statement to the world (and maybe for legal reasons too 😉). We hope you like him.
- New Toys: Not only did we add another embroidery machine to our custom embroidery department, but we invested in a state of the art Automatic Screen Printing Press…and this thing’s a beast! It has 10 stations and can produce over 200 perfectly printed shirts an hour. This helps us shorten your lead times, reduce your costs on larger quantity orders, gives us more precise quality control and saves Ashley’s poor arms! I’ll show this beauty off more in my next update (the press, not Ashley).
- New Faces: You may have already met them but Alyssa Jones and Katie Franklin joined our customer service team recently. They’re both friendly, professional, gaining knowledge quickly and, judging on what I saw at our not so traditional holiday party, they fit right in! Please help us by welcoming Katie and Alyssa to our team.
